(Scottsdale, Arizona — August 14, 2023): The Keller Williams Arizona Realty 2023 scholarship award for real estate in the amount of $500 is granted to Ardeshir Dadkhah, a student at Scottsdale Community College. Ardeshir submitted his qualifying application along with several other applicants. Representatives from both Scottsdale Community College and Keller Williams Arizona Realty came together to form a committee. The committee met to review the applications and chose Ardeshir as the winner.
Kionna Comer, Chairperson of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee at Keller Williams Arizona Realty, remarked on the superior quality of the applications for the 2023 scholarship award. “It was a great pleasure to review all of the entries,” Comer states. “We all enjoy partnering with Scottsdale Community College to help a student succeed in the real estate industry. Our Committee will make a formal presentation of the 2023 scholarship award to Ardeshir in the near future.”

The Keller Williams Arizona Realty 2023 Scholarship Award criteria includes the following:
- Preference given to a member of an underrepresented group in real estate, such as Indigenous, Hispanic, Black, Other [e.g. person with a disability, LGBTQIA+].
- Financial need, as demonstrated in their essay.
- Qualifies for in-county tuition.
- Enrolled in Scottsdale Community College’s Real Estate: Prelicense Certificate of Completion (CCL) program, which includes REA201 and REA290AH.
- Must be eligible to legally become a licensed real estate agent in Arizona according to Arizona Department of Real Estate regulations located at https://azre.gov/licensees/original-licensing-information.
- Students who reside in Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, and Gilbert receive preference.
