The Keller Williams Arizona Realty Coaching Program provides agents with training, coaching, leads, and leverage, empowering them to take action and achieve their goals! Using proven systems and models, our program is built for agents to start earning commission within their first 60-90 days. The KWAZ Coaching Program is a community of driven agents that receive all the benefits and support of being on a team, without having to form their own team. They retain full control of their own business!

Coaching Program Commission Structure

  • Split: 80/20
  • Coaching fee: 10%
  • Annual Cap: $10,000
  • KWRI Royalty Fee: $3,000
  • Transaction Fee: $150, E&A: $50
  • Initial Startup fee: $270
  • Monthly fee: $85

Once you reach your cap on commissions and have paid the royalty fee, you keep $100% of your commission.

Coaching Program Expectations

When you make the choice to join our Coaching Program, you make the choice to move forward with confidence! To help you achieve your goals, the following expectations clearly identify what you need to do and how you need to participate:

 

  • Attend Mandatory Orientation Friday 9-12PM at the Market Center.
  • Open and Read All Emails: Our primary form of communication regarding important tools, resources, and opportunities.
  • Complete KWAZ 30/60/90 Day Checklist: Specifically designed for newly licensed agents, this is your roadmap to success.
  • Complete Essentials Online Training Course: The foundation of training, complete with customizable tools and resources.
  • Review Passport to Success: Contains important Market Center information and resources.
  • Visit Google Shared Drive: “Agent Resources” folder contains editable tools to save you time.
  • Attend Coaching Calls: Get answers to all of your questions and keep your momentum moving forward.

Training Calendar

You will need a calendar to keep track of all the Coaching Program activities and events. We have one already created for you! This calendar is your place to see what is coming up and where you want to be. You will find the following events and much more:

  • Daily Power Up: 8:30AM to 8:45AM
  • Daily Q&A: 4:30PM to 5PM
  • Group Coaching Tuesdays: 1PM to 2PM

What is the Coach’s Role in the Coaching Program?

The Coach’s role in the Coaching Program focuses on the three pillars of Coaching, Training, and Accountability. Specifically, the Coach will:
  1. Set clear expectations
  2. Provide coaching, training, and accountability
  3. Ask thought-provoking questions that cause you to self-discover your own decisions.
  4. Listen without judgment
  5. Provide honest feedback (even when it hurts)
  6. Maintain confidentiality
  7. Empower you to achieve your goals through accountability
