The Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Commercial Real Estate is designed for additional preparation for the new agent or broker and to provide specialized professional development for the experienced professional agent or broker. What is CCIM?
Someone who holds a CCIM designation is a “Certified Commercial Investment Member.” The CCIM designation remains the gold standard for professionals. To obtain the designation, applicants must complete an advanced program of rigorous courses and training covering financial analysis, market analysis, and the demonstration of significant experience in the commercial real estate industry. This designation covers multiple professions such as:

Submit the KW Commercial Broker Application and follow the requirements to obtain membership. There are monthly membership costs and required training classes. Depending on the guidelines, those new to the commercial real estate industry may need to submit a signed mentor agreement. Details on this requirement are noted on the application.
