Exceeding Expectations
One of the most exciting things about leading a team is to watch and be a small part in the growth of people. When I met Jacqie (Vyskocil) Stone via Zoom in 2019, she was a successful real estate agent in Naperville, Illinois. She was also working in one of the top kw offices in the state. Her name and recommendation came from one of the people in Keller Williams that I respect the most, Caryn Prall. When Caryn told Kristan and I that this woman was talented, we jumped at the opportunity to find out for ourselves.
Over the past two and a half years, Jacqie has proven Caryn right. Jacqie has exceeded expectations in her role as Productivity Coach. She has grown the coaching program of our company to over 100 agents. Jacqie has also received accolades such as Highest Coaching Program revenue in the Southwest Region in 2021. I have witnessed Jacqie’s personal growth as a business coach, real estate professional, and leader inside our organization. It is for all those reasons that I am pleased to announce her promotion inside Keller Williams Arizona Realty to Area Team Leader.
New Role
In this role, Jacqie will continue to provide agent support through business consultation. Jacqie will be specifically focusing on agents who have graduated from the coaching program. She will be working with them as they take their next step in business mastery. Jacqie will accomplish this through 1 on 1 consulting with agents inside the brokerage. She will also have direct involvement in the education department. Jacqie will be working hand in hand with our ALC education chairs to develop our education calendar in a way that presents maximum value to associates of all production levels.
With Jacqie in this role, associates on their way to the “Top 20%” can expect to see a more curated calendar of education tailored specifically to their goals. They can also expect more personal interaction in the business planning and execution of their business plans. Jacqie will be focusing on our emerging top agents of the future.
