I am please to announce our new Director of First Impressions Erika Alas right here at Keller Williams Arizona Realty.
Erika joined our brokerage and has been serving as a real estate agent and assistant to Michelle Noma. With her background in real estate, Erika has a wealth of helpful knowledge and will be an great resource for Agents. Since she has been filling in this role, Erika has significant knowledge and experience in KW front desk activities, onboarding, and financial assistance for the Market Center.
In her new role as Director of First Impressions with KWAZ, Erika’s responsibilities will include the following:
Director of First Impressions Erika Alas Primary Objectives
- Meet and greet every visitor to KWAZ in a positive manner
- Answer the phone correctly, identifying herself and KWAZ
- Route phone calls properly
- Help the management team with various tasks and activities
- Retrieve mail, receive packages, and sort appropriately
- Keep the reception area in excellent condition and appearance
- Assist with the processing of checks and accounts receivable
- Review DA’s as requested
