I am happy to announce that Katelyn Kelley will be joining Keller Williams Arizona Realty in the position of Director of First Impressions.
Katelyn comes to us from her work at Keller Williams in Lake Havasu City. While she has family and friends there, she wanted to relocate to Scottsdale to pursue her career in real estate and additional opportunities. Katelyn does have a real estate salesperson’s license, and she has significant knowledge and experience in KW front desk activities, onboarding, and financial assistance for Market Centers.
In her new role as Director of First Impressions with KWAZ, Katelyn’s responsibilities include the following:
Director of First Impressions Primary Objectives
- Answer the phone correctly
- Properly route phone calls
- Greet everyone in a positive manner
- Assist management team
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Maintain appearance of reception area
- Process checks and accounts receivable
- Invoice associates as necessary
- Review DA’s
