Meet the Keller Williams Arizona Realty Finance Department!

 

Lisa Miller is our CFO/Market Center Administrator, and Maya Barendt is our onsite Assistant Market Center Administrator. Both work together to ensure all of your financial needs are met in a timely manner. Maya maintains a full-time office at the Raintree Market Center.

 

Finance Department Activities

 

A few of the many Finance Department activities include the following:

 

  • Handle all associate transactions accurately, and ensure proper recording and tracking
  • Oversee a full charge bookkeeping process for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Manage the purchasing process for supplies and equipment
  • Conduct soft closes on a weekly basis
  • Share key financials and communicate any challenges
  • Ensure accuracy in all banking and accounting functions
  • Complete monthly financial closes
  • Manage the monthly data transmittal process in a timely manner

Please join me in welcoming Lisa Miller, your new CFO/Market Center Administrator. Lisa joins us after nearly 15 years in the role. She was most recently at one of the largest kw Market Centers in the entire country. Her breadth of knowledge and speed will be a resource in helping you focus on growing your business. Joining her is Maya Barendt who recently moved to Scottsdale and is excited to jump into all things finance as your Assistant MCA. Maya will serve in the Market Center on a daily basis helping assist Lisa on the things you need to get paid and so much more. I couldn’t be happier to bring these two on to our Leadership team and know that you will come to love them and the value they bring to you.
