Donna Reed of Keller Williams Southern Arizona

Donna Reed of Keller Williams Southern Arizona came to IntroLend for assistance on behalf of her clients. The homebuyers wrote an offer on a new build at Robson Ranch, an active adult community just north of Tucson, during the summer of 2021. At that time, interest rates were hovering around 3%.

By the summer of 2022, Donna’s clients sold their home in Colorado and had been renting in Arizona for the past year. As the time came for them to close on the purchase, interest rates were now hovering around 6%. As a result, their lender did not approve them for the mortgage.

IntroLend Helps Homebuyers with Issues

Beyond the higher interest rate, Donna’s clients had a few other issues to contend with. They own their own transcription company. Additionally, they also moved to Arizona during the Covid-19 pandemic. As a result, their business receipts were a bit more sporadic during that time period.

The Team at IntroLend Rescues the Deal

Dana Klarr, Executive Finance Manager at IntroLend Arizona Chapter, stepped in personally to offer assistance to Donna and her clients. By working directly with the lenders, Dana found the right solutions for the clients, thereby saving the deal. This shows how IntroLend helps homebuyers with any situation they may face.

The homebuyers finally got their new three bedroom home with a big open floor plan and lots of windows at a total price with lot and upgrades that is less than the new price for the same model. As a result, the homebuyers already have over $110K in equity based upon the new homes being built in the neighborhood and their appraisal.

Donna notes that Cinda, the IntroLend processor in Tucson, was most helpful during the whole process. With her great communication skills, Cinda helped the homebuyers have peace of mind that they would find a solution and get their new home.

Donna Reed meets her pen pal after 50 years, they are talking and sitting on a couch. If there is one thing Donna knows about, it is communication skills. Donna’s diligence in finding solutions and strength in communications are wonderful skills she also brings to her clients.
