It’s with great excitement that I share with you that Shanen Caswell has accepted the position of Area Team Leader for our Northern Territory.
Shanen bring years of experience and an attitude of positivity and hard work to our office. She will be instrumental in the execution of our vision in the years ahead.
She will manage the office(s) of the Northern Territory. In this role, Shanen will grow our agent productivity through consulting and coaching. She will also tie our northern office to the overall culture of our organization. As a result, our agents will feel connected and valued when they enter our doors.

Get to know Shanen in her own words:
I began my real estate career in 2006 with Arizona Heartland Realty in Chino Valley, Arizona. Upon merging with Keller Williams Check Realty during the Great Recession of 2008, I became a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). My focus was solely on Short Sale transactions. I quickly became one of the leading Short Sale experts in the Prescott area.
I have a passion for helping and finding financial solutions for those in need. This includes helping homeowners save their homes from foreclosure. It also includes procuring a successful short sale, and helping my clients find the home of their dreams. I have led my clients through their toughest financial choices and hardships. Ultimately, I have been able to help them rebuild their credit to buy a new home quickly after.
I am highly dedicated to events such as Red Day and following the culture of Keller Williams with my community involvement, and I am considered highly trustworthy among my peers. As I now move into the role of KWAZ Prescott Team Leader for Keller Williams Arizona Realty in Prescott, I hope to further develop the tradition of the Keller Williams culture and build greater support to our Prescott Market Center.
