It’s with great excitement that I share with you that Abigail Hayes has accepted the position of KWAZ Productivity Coach for Keller Williams Arizona Realty. As our organization continues to grow, we are fortunate to have many opportunities across the Leadership Team.
Abigail has a significant amount of coaching experience, with 7 years as a Productivity Coach. She has been with Keller Williams since 2005, and she has the knowledge, expertise, and positive approach of a superior Productivity Coach.
As KWAZ Productivity Coach, Abigail will manage the Coaching Program. She is well positioned to take our organization to the next level, and our agents will all benefit with Abigail in this role. Please join me in welcoming Abigail to the Market Center Leadership Team.

Get to know Abigail in her own words:
I have grown up with Keller Williams. This is all I know from a real estate standpoint. I am where I am today because Gary Keller created a company that has endless possibilities such as the KWAZ Productivity Coach. As you can clearly see, I am very proud of my roots in Keller Williams. I am planning to be with Keller Williams throughout my life in some way or another.
I am originally from the beautiful mountain state of Colorado, and I am a proud Army Veteran. My passions are traveling, the outdoors, hiking, biking, skiing…you name it, if it’s in the mountains I am there! I also love fitness, so if I can’t be outside, you might find me in the gym.
This is an amazing opportunity, and I am both honored and excited to become the KWAZ Productivity Coach. I look forward to bringing my talents and experience to Keller Williams Arizona Realty. Most of all, I am looking forward to working with everyone in the Coaching Program.
