Meet Jen Bergamini!
An interview with Jen Bergamini, REALTOR® at The Bergamini Group, Keller Williams Arizona Realty in Prescott. Jen serves as the Chairperson of the Education/Career Development Committee on the Keller Williams Arizona in Prescott Agent Leadership Council (ALC) for 2022.
1. Tell us about your background and interest in real estate.
I started out as a real estate wife for about the first 12 or so years of Brad’s career. At that time, I was a CPA, so I did some of our financial work, but truly not involved in the day to day. Then about 8 years ago, I started to become more involved and before I knew it, I was fully a part of the team.
I now work side by side with Brad in running our team. I love helping agents grow a business and seeing people achieve things they never thought possible.
2. What specifically brought you to Keller Williams Arizona Realty in Prescott?
In 2017, I spent the better part of that year looking at various opportunities for us to grow our business. We explored purchasing several different brokerages, opening our own, and of course, moving to KW.
Ultimately, we moved here because we knew the opportunities were the greatest here. KW’s beliefs align with ours and we knew we would grow because of the amazing people who have grown businesses before us.
3. What do you like most about working at this brokerage?
My favorite thing is the people. I truly think we attract great people because of the core values we represent. I love being a part of an ALC that cares so deeply about the agents’ success in our market center. Additionally, I love working with an ownership group that truly finds their most joy in creating opportunities for other people.
4. Tell us about your Committee and its focus.
My committee is the education/career development committee. It is my heart’s desire that KWAZ in Prescott be known for having top notch, smart agents. That comes from having great training and education. We strive to provide opportunities for agents to learn how to get business, grow their business, and truly thrive in a very competitive market.
5. What motivated you to accept the leadership position of your Committee?
I love to see other people succeed and I want to create the best place for agents to do just that. I want KWAZ in Prescott to be the broker of choice for agents that really want to take their business to the next level.
6. What do you hope your Committee is able to achieve this year?
My goal is that we would be able to attract and retain agents with great education and training. We have so many resources at our fingertips (far more than any other brokerage in Prescott). As a result, I want to see us utilizing those resources and really drawing in great talent.
7. Where will we meet Jen Bergamini in the future?
I see myself continuing to develop people, both on our team and in our market center. I want to constantly grow my skills as an educator and mentor in this industry.
Additionally, I want to see our Market Center grow with high quality agents that love to help clients achieve their goals. At the same time, they will be creating a life worth living for their families.
