We’re excited to bring you a modern printing solution that deploys easily to your computer, regardless if you own a PC, a Mac, or a Chromebook. We plan to continue evolving this rollout and we expect mobile device printing to land later this year.

Troubleshooting:

If you’re an agent who is already set up, or just need your PIN code, reach out to your front desk who can provide quick service to look up your PIN. If you feel like you have been overcharged for prints, this is also the proper channel.

Set Up a Printer:

Step 1:

Step 2: You’ll be taken to a screen that looks like this, click “Install Mobility Print”

Step 3: Follow any installation wizard that pops up. This needs to be completed once per device that you are setting up, regardless of which printers you install.

Step 4: Click “Connect and get my printers” – In most cases, you won’t see anything happen. You may see a window open and close very quickly. The printer has just installed in the
background.

Step 5: Do a test print and authenticate with your PIN.
• Print anything from your computer (ex. a test document, a webpage, an email)
• Select the desired printer from your available printers, NOTE: you may need to choose “see more printers” then locate the new printer on PCs.
• Printer format will appear as “Office Name [KWPAPERCUT] (Mobility)”
• On the first print, you’ll see a sign in window, use your PIN in BOTH the Username and Password field.

Step 6: Repeat the process for any additional locations you would like to set up. We recommend doing this right now while you have your PIN code handy.

Troubleshooting:

If you get stuck with any part of this process, check with your local front desk to ensure you’re not overlooking something simple. In rare cases, the client will not install properly and additional troubleshooting may be required. If this is the case, reach out to your local MCTT for additional follow up.
