I am thrilled to announce that Thomas Burke is stepping into a vital new leadership role as the Senior Director of Strategic Execution for Access Network.
As the first-ever statewide hire for Keller Williams Arizona Realty, Thomas has been a cornerstone of our organization from the very beginning of his tenure. During his tenure as Director of Marketing, Thomas didn’t just manage a brand—he acted as a primary architect for the online and digital growth and visibility that has come to define our market centers. His dedication to our agents’ success and his ability to translate complex visions into reality have been instrumental in our journey to the top of the real estate industry.

The Path Forward: Access Network
In his new capacity as Senior Director of Strategic Execution, Thomas will bring his “extreme ownership” mindset to the operational heart of Access Network. He will be responsible for overseeing the execution of high-level projects across all verticals, ensuring that our strategic initiatives are translated into executable action plans and repeatable, world-class SOPs.
Thomas will act as the central coordination point between executive leadership and our vertical operators, ensuring that every project—from charter to completion—is aligned with our core objective: providing unparalleled value to our partners and agents.

His ability to build detailed “task maps” and identify blockers before they arise ensures that we will continue to scale with precision.
