We are excited to announce that Adelita Mendoza has joined our Prescott office as Director of First Impressions. With a strong background in administration, a passion for client service, and a growing career in real estate, Adelita brings energy, professionalism, and heart to our team.
Her role is about far more than greeting guests. As Director of First Impressions, Adelita sets the tone for the entire office experience — for agents, clients, and community members alike.

Inspired to Grow in Real Estate
Adelita’s journey into real estate began while working in property management. During that time, she earned her real estate license and discovered just how much she enjoyed the industry.
“I obtained my real estate license while working in property management,” Adelita shares. “I really enjoyed the experience and wanted to try another aspect of real estate because I enjoy learning new things.”
Her desire to grow and explore the sales side of real estate ultimately led her to our Prescott office. She is eager to expand her knowledge while contributing meaningfully to the team.
A Strong Foundation in Administrative Leadership
Adelita brings over 15 years of experience in administrative and administrative assistant roles. Throughout her career, she has developed a deep appreciation for customer service and team collaboration.
“I really enjoy the customer service aspect,” she says. “It feels great to be of assistance to others, whether that be customers or members of my team.”
She also thrives in challenging environments. For Adelita, growth comes from stepping into new situations and overcoming obstacles.
“I enjoy challenging work and feeling a sense of accomplishment and personal growth after overcoming the challenge.”
Her leadership team experience has also helped her develop strong emotional intelligence — a skill that plays a critical role in real estate, where communication and understanding matter every day.

“Interacting with clients and helping them to find homes that meet their needs.”

“Although Prescott is growing, it still has that ‘hometown’ feel. I really like how many community events they offer to bring neighbors together. In a day and age where people find it difficult to find connection, this is something special.”
Prescott’s strong sense of community aligns with Adelita’s belief that real estate is ultimately about relationships.

Looking Ahead
As she steps into her role, Adelita has clear professional goals. She wants to deepen her understanding of the sales side of real estate and immerse herself in the industry.
“Since my previous experience is in property management, I want to learn about the sales aspect of real estate. I would also like to attend trainings and mixers to connect with other realtors and vendors so we can better serve our community by helping each other.”
Her commitment to ongoing learning and collaboration will strengthen both our office and the broader real estate community in Prescott.
Life Outside the Office
Outside of work, Adelita enjoys staying active and spending time with loved ones. You might find her kayaking, hiking, baking, exploring new restaurants, or enjoying quality time with family and friends. Adelita lives in Prescott Valley, and she has 3 boys, 2 grandchildren, and 2 dogs.
Her love for outdoor activities fits perfectly with the lifestyle Prescott offers — making her not just a team member, but a true part of the community she serves.
