We are thrilled to announce that Ian McMullen has joined our leadership team as Director of Agent Services! With eight years of dedicated experience at Keller Williams and a proven track record in leadership, Ian will play a pivotal role in supporting our agents and helping them achieve their goals.
Ian has proudly held key leadership roles within KW, including DFI, DAS, MCTT, PC, ATL, and AMCA. A dedicated leader and culture carrier, he serves on the Fundraising Committee for the KW Next Gen Board of Directors, represents KW Cares across the Utah and North Florida regions, and contributes as a LABS Advisor, helping shape the future of KW innovation. His passion for growth and impact has led him to empower agents and leaders nationwide through coaching, technology, and leadership development.
His influence has earned him national recognition. Ian has been named by MSN as one of the Top Five Pioneers Redefining Real Estate Success and by The Top 100 Magazine as one of the Top 100 Innovators and Entrepreneurs. Ian’s leadership and vision make him a valuable addition to our team, and we are excited for the insights, guidance, and energy he will bring to our agents.
