We are excited to announce that Napoleon Andrews is joining Keller Williams Arizona Realty as our new Assistant Team Leader!
Napoleon’s role will focus on one of the most important areas of our business—driving growth through agent recruitment. Napoleon has a strong background inside Keller Williams and a proven track record of creativity and leadership. He brings the skills, energy, and vision that will help move our brokerage forward.

Napoleon shares about his background and interest in this opportunity
1. What drew you to this opportunity?
I was drawn to this role because it combines several things I deeply value: leadership, collaboration, and the ability to support others in their journeys. Keller Williams’ culture of teamwork and growth is a natural fit for me, which is why I’ve been in this culture my entire real estate career. I’m also at a place in my own journey where I know it is time to embrace change and take on new challenges. I’ve always been energized when I can help others succeed, and this role allows me to do that in a very intentional way.
2. What most excites you about this new role?
What excites me most is the opportunity to win—together. For me, “winning” isn’t just about production numbers; it’s about building the right culture, systems, and strategies while helping each agent develop their individual strengths. I thrive in that mix of supporting people while also driving results. I look forward to bringing that energy and focus to our market center.
3. What background and experience will be most relevant and helpful?
I bring a business foundation with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Business Management, and professional leadership experience at organizations such as DHL and the University of Phoenix. Over the years, I’ve led teams, built systems, and navigated change, which gives me the perspective to help others succeed in competitive environments. In real estate, I’ve developed a strong track record in sales, marketing, community connections, and leadership mindset—all of which I look forward to sharing with this team. On a personal note, I’m a proud husband and father of two daughters, one of whom I just dropped off at the University of South Carolina. That experience has reminded me how important growth, courage, and curiosity are in every season of life, and those are the values I hope to bring into this role daily.
