Simone’s role is central to the success of our office. As the bridge between our agents and the tools they need to succeed, she ensures that the “backend” runs smoothly so our professionals can focus on what they do best: serving their clients.

Simone comes to us with a resume that speaks to her versatility and work ethic. She spent five years as a Client Services Coordinator for Universal Music Publishing Group, where she managed complex royalty accounting, contract administration, and acted as a key liaison for world-class songwriters and managers.
Her experience in high-stakes environments—ranging from logistics and dispatching to the intricacies of intellectual property—has prepared her perfectly for the fast-paced world of Scottsdale real estate.
“I approach my administrative tasks methodically,” Simone explains. “In managing agent relationships, I am encouraging, empathetic, and supportive.”
Why Real Estate?
Like many who find their calling in this industry, Simone’s interest began with a personal fascination for the market.
“I’ve spent many nights scrolling through Zillow until I drift off to sleep,” she admits with a smile. Beyond the digital window-shopping, Simone is driven by the deeper impact of the industry. “I genuinely enjoy the concept of property ownership and building generational wealth through property investment.”
What Sets Her Apart: An Analytical Edge
In a competitive market, Simone offers a unique perspective shaped by an impressive academic background. She holds a B.A. in Public Relations, a Master of Legal Studies in Intellectual Property Law and Contract Administration, and a professional certificate in Data Analytics and Visualizations.
This “analytical lens” allows her to see the big picture while never losing sight of the fine print. Whether she is troubleshooting a backend issue for an agent or analyzing market data, her multi-faceted education ensures she is always two steps ahead.
A Passion for Relocation and Service
Having lived in New Mexico, Kentucky, Tennessee, New Jersey, and now Arizona, Simone is an expert on the moving process. She is particularly passionate about helping families navigate the complexities of relocation.
“I know a thing or two about moving,” she says. “I’m eager to help ease the stress that goes along with relocation.”
Life Outside the Office
When she isn’t supporting our agents, Simone is likely leaning into her creative side. She is an avid “DIY-er,” enjoying painting and making hand-knit blankets. She is also a regular at the gym, but her most surprising talent might be found on the stage.
Encouraged by her husband, a guitarist, Simone has recently rediscovered her love for singing. “I sang with his office band at their holiday show last year; it was really fun. I hadn’t sung in front of a crowd since third-grade choir!”
